Why doesn't the price on the ticket match the price I paid for the ticket?

As a reseller of tickets, our prices are based on supply and demand. Our prices automatically go up when an event is sold out. Sometimes a higher amount of tickets are available and the prices may be lower than the original price. We think transparency is very important. That is why we always show the original price of the tickets alongside our prices.

When will I receive my ticket?

 The tickets are usually sent to you as soon as possible. Sometimes the issuing of the tickets is delayed by the event organiser - which is often the case with sports events - which means it may take  a bit longer before we can send you your tickets. We will inform you about this in your order confirmation. We aim to deliver the tickets at least two weeks before the event.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

 It is not possible to cancel an already paid for reservation with Onlineticketshop. Onlineticketshop operates under European Law in which tickets are classified as leisure products and therefore are not subject to the right of withdrawal. You can read more about this on the website of the European Union.

I haven't received a confirmation of my order. What should I do?

Once you have reached our thank-you page after finishing your payment and have received an order number, your order is definitive. Even if you haven't received an order confirmation per email, but your payment was successful, your order is definitive. Do you have doubts about whether your order succeeded or do you want to receive the order confirmation? Contact our customer service before you place a new order.

What happens when an event is rescheduled?

When an event is rescheduled, you will receive an email from us with information about the changes. If you are unable to attend on the new date, we will ask you to let us know, so that we can cancel your order. In many cases, the tickets remain valid for the new date. If this is not the case, you will receive new tickets from us.

Football matches
Match day and times can be changed up until right before the match. We would like to point out that in the case of football matches you purchase a ticket for a specific match of which the match day and starting times are not necessarily fixed. Our advice is to plan your trip and stay well around the match. We will keep you updates as well as possible, but we recommend that you also keep an eye on the club's website for any possible last-minute changes.

What happens when an event is cancelled?

 When an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the amount that you paid for the tickets. We will process the refund within 14 days. We refund to the same payment account with which the purchase was made. The processing may take mulitiple days, depending on the used payment method.

Are my seats adjacent to one another?

When you select the tickets, we explicitly mention whether the tickets are adjacent to one another. When it is not shown, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that all seats will be adjacent. We will do our utmost best to deliver your order in at least pairs or trios, so that no one has to sit by themselves.

Why can't I order an odd number of tickets for some events?

What we offer is based on what we have in stock, which means that we sometimes only offer an even number of tickets for an event. If you would still like to order an odd number of tickets, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

I haven't received a confirmation of my order. What should I do?

I want to change my order, is that possible?

It is possible to change the delivery address for your tickets, as long as they have not yet been sent. If you would like to change your details, please contact our customer service department. We prefer to receive address changes by email to prevent spelling mistakes. 

Changing the order itself (to another event or date, for example) is only possible in consultation with our customer service department. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service department.

Why do I have to give my personal information for the personalisation of the tickets?

For some events, the tickets have to be personalised. This means that the name of the ticketholder should be on the ticket. There is often an identity check at the entrance. If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the ID, there is a chance that you will be denied access. At some events it is possible to have the name of the buyer om multiple tickets. This does mean that all other persons must enter the venue at the same time as the ticketholder.

To be able to execute the personalisation of the tickets, we often need additional information about you and the people who will be attending the event with you. You will be informed in the order confirmation about how you can provide us with the information. Naturally, we handle your information as strictly confidential.

What types of tickets are sold?

Onlineticketshop offers different categories of tickets depending on the event. 
The most common are:
• Seated: First tier, second tier or floor
• Standing: Regular standing area
• Golden Circle / front of stage: Standing area closest to the stage
• Admission tickets: General admission tickets - free-standing area or seats depending on the event
NB: Unfortunately, we do not offer wheelchair tickets.

Why can I already place a reservation for tickets before the official sale of an event has started?

You can already reserve tickets at Onlineticketshop before the official sale starts. When an event goes on sale, our Sales department will arrange the tickets immediately and you will receive your tickets as soon as possible in your account or, in the case of hard copy tickets, by mail. We often take part in exclusive presales and that is why it is possible for us to deliver tickets before the day of the official sale. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you, by taking all your worries away and arranging the tickets for you. With this we offer you the service by ensuring that you do not have to stand in line to get tickets for a popular event.

What is a ticket reseller?

 A ticket reseller functions as an intermediary between the event organiser and you as the consumer. We buy our tickets with reliable supplies. Our prices are based on supply and demand. When a concert is sold out, the prices are automatically a bit higher. Sometimes there is a larger number of tickets available and the prices may be lower than the original face value. We are always transparent regarding the price difference by stating the original price of the ticket under the price that we ask.

How does Onlineticketshop guarantee that a ticket is valid?

Onlineticketshop only supplies official, unique and therefore valid tickets for concerts, shows and other events. The unique bar code, that is printed on the ticket, will grant you admission to the event. Additionally we offer a ticket guarantee. Read more about that here

How can I make the payment?

You can pay for your order by credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by bank transfer.

There's a problem with my payment, what should I do?

 If you have a problem completing your payment, we recommend that you contact our customer service department. They will be able to tell you the status of your payment, to avoid making a double payment or order. If you have any doubts about whether your payment has gone through, we advise you to contact us first before placing a new order.

Shipping of the tickets

When will I receive my ticket?

We will inform you about this in your order confirmation. We aim to deliver the tickets at least two weeks before the event.

Can I track the delivery of my tickets?

 If your tickets are sent by UPS, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail with which you can track your tickets on the UPS website. If you need specific information about the delivery or if you still haven't received your tickets three days after confirmation of them having been sent, send an e-mail to the customer service department (info@onlineticketsshop.com). We will then look into the matter for you.

I cannot log in, what should I do?

When you place an order, Onlineticketshop automatically creates an account for you. You will receive an email with a link to set your personal password. Have you missed that email? Don't worry, you can request for the link again here. Did you make an unfortunate spelling mistake in the email address and is that the reason that you are not able to log in, or is there any other problem? Please contact us.
